Took a little trip up to Palacerigg with the family. Saw some animals although it’s not what it used to be. Then went for a little walk where I ended up falling flat on my face. My ankle now hurts like a bitch. It happened so quick though I didn’t realise what happened till I hit the deck which resulted in having the piss ripped out of me until we got back to the car.
